Voiceover training with the Voice Guild in Malaysia

The Hudson Voice Technique™ is taught exclusively by the Voice Guild of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor

Voice Master International is proud to have added The Voice Guild to their group of associates. Starting in 2011, they will be offering the Hudson Voice Technique to their existing and new members.

The Voice Guild of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor was set up in 2000 and maintains the industry standards for commercial voiceover rates and working conditions for Malaysian voice talents.

The association aims to protect the interests of Malaysian voiceover talents and advocates to uphold the Made-in-Malaysia (MIM) ruling for television commercials.

The Voice Guild also supports continuing education for the advancement of the voiceover industry.

Courses at the Voice Guild
English-language Voice Guild members who are keen to develop their skills and improve their craft are now able to enroll in an 8-session course of the Hudson Voice Technique™. The classes will be conducted by committee member Diong Chae Lian and final evaluations will be assessed by Steve Hudson himself. Successful participants will receive a Voice Master diploma.

Batch #2: July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13, 20 from 2pm – 4pm
Batch #3: August 6, 13, 20, 27, September 3, 10, 17, 24 from 10am – 12pm

Diong Chae Lian – Certified to teach the Hudson Voice Technique™.
Chae Lian graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Drama School in 1997 with an Honours degree in Acting. In 2000, her big acting break saw her as a series regular in the hit sit-com ALL MIXED UP, alongside Joanna Bessey.
