The Seven Elements of the PSR™ Method
| 1 | Read and speak slowly™ This will make you a more effective communicator. |

| 3 | Starting and ending sentences™ This will make it easier for people to retain at least 83% of your information. |
| 4 | Creating blocks of information™ This will put you in control. |
| 5 | Read and speak softly™ Remember: words are the power of persuasion. |
| 6 | Recognise red flag words™ You will feel and sound more confident. |
| 7 | Putting it all together™ You are painting a word picture. |
When you’ve finished the course and
been assessed, you will receive your Voice Master diploma.
The PSR™ Method
Home Study Course
& price
The PSR™ Method Home Study Course consists of CD’s and a work booklet
and is presented in a luxury folder.You have to go through each element and practise them. When you have finished all the elements, you have to practise for three weeks, fifteen minutes a day.
These are minimum figures; the more you practise, the better you’ll be!

When you have practised and you feel ready, you need to send your first and last recordings (the ‘Before and After’) to Steve so he can assess them.
Of course, Steve is always available for advice and help while you are doing the course.

The PSR™ Method London based course
& price
Part I:
You come to Hampstead and I teach you the seven elements of the PSR™ Method (Presentation Skills & Reading). You will be recorded before you start and at the end of the day. You take the CD home with you so you can hear the difference it has made and as a guideline when you are practising.
By the time you leave here, you will be able to read with this professional technique. This is guaranteed
.
Part II:
As with all professional techniques, you have to practise. We provide you with special scripts that you need to practise for three weeks, fifteen minutes a day because the technique has to become second nature. These are minimum figures; the more you practise, the better you’ll be!
Part III:
You come back and you read some of the homework scripts to me. I will time and assess you, you receive your diploma and get all the information you need to get started in the voiceover business. I also advise you on recording a demo CD; which can be done from £50 but there are some pitfalls which I will explain. Fifty percent of the people attending the course are from Scotland, Wales, Ireland and abroad. Because of the distance and cost, travelling to London may be inconvenient, so Part III can be done just as well over the phone.
Even when you have finished the course, I am always available for advice.
